We love any opportunity to celebrate our sweet Teachers! You don’t have to spend a lot to show a little appreciation for all they do for our little ones! I’ve created a simple tag to pair with these yummy Lindt chocolate carrots. You could also pair it with this as well! I like to always include a gift card. The cute bunny one shown is from Starbucks! I’ve attached the FREE printable tags below in a few different options!

Materials needed:
- Lindt chocolate carrots
- Cardstock paper
- Glue dots
- Gorilla glue
- Yarn
- Gift card (optional)

Directions:
Use a few glue dots to attach the gift card to the box.
Use glue dots to attach the carrot tag to the box, and add a yarn bow (optional) with the gorilla glue. You could also use a hot glue gun, but I think gorilla glue is easier and quicker to use.
